Looking for WP template

    I am looking to set up a website that will have following sections Each of these sections requires different information while submitting an entry for it

    * News – A news entry will have title, summary and link to original news entry on external site.
    * Events – An event listing will have standard information that is used for any event such as title, description, location, event URL pointing to entry on external site, date and time etc.
    * Jobs – Job posting will require payment and will have fields like title, description, company info, location, category, salary,how to apply etc.

    Is there any wp template that I can use out of the box for to achieve the above mentioned features?
