 * Sir is anybody guide me from where shall I get free manuel of WordPress ? Also
   give me link from where I get idea about implementing custom there with WordPress.

 * there are many tutorials online which can help you with many questions – an online
   search will get you there.
 * i find it helpful to look into the code of existing themes, the default theme
   for instance, and learn from their programming.
 * and then there is practice, practice, practice…
 * and with special questions, you can come back to the forum 😉
