Looking for very simple plugin for listing available apartments

Hi everyone

I’m new to WP and want to get used to it by creating my first site for a customer. I’ve been trying to find a plugin, which would list items which are available, and then you could either click the link to see the details or all the available items would be listed on one page.

This is for company renting apartments, and they should have easy access to change any apartment’s status to “available” or “not available” by themselves.

I’ve tried few real estate plugins but they are way too complex, I need to translate the texts so very very simple solution would be highly appreciated. Any ideas?
