Looking for Traditional to Simplified Chinese converter plugin

Does anyone know if there is any plugin for wordpress which converts traditional Chinese into Simplified Chinese for WordPress. I have been looking and find plugin which translates pages from English to Chinese. But I am not looking for a translator, I just want the convert traditional to simplified as the translation from the translator are not accurate. I really appreciate your help, many thanks.
