Looking for This Theme

    Forgive me if this is not the right place to ask this question.
    I have searched high and low for the Theme which was used to design this website – http://www.rateit.com
    I will appreciate any lead to get this theme.

    this site is only partially using a WordPress theme, and it is a custom theme just for that site;

    theme info:
