Looking for these WordPress (author and contact) Widgets – Do you know them?

Hi. I am new to wordpress and just setting up my first wordpress website. On my site I will be adding a fashion blog where different writers come and add their articles. So for that I was looking for a typical and decent looking plugin or widget that would make an author page (maybe something like this: http://i49.tinypic.com/ofnc) and also that under each article I would like to give the author image, brief and links – probably linked with google+ account)

Secondly, I have seen this contact (feedback) widget on websites that keeps a smart looking button on the sidelines that rolls up and down as you scroll over the browser and when you click on it, it scrolls out and you can simply fill it in and send over, like this: http://i47.tinypic.com/2ibn77m.jpg and http://i48.tinypic.com/357q7q1.jpg

Can you guys help me find these widgets or plugins? Or something similar and good?
