Looking for theme / template suggestion

Hi all! I have a WP website using the classipress classified ads theme in order to offer my users a platform for selling anything touring / camping related. I want to expand on this by offering a platform for my users who are holiday home / static caravan owners to offer their property to rent. I’ve looked at lots of themes but they seem to be aimed directly at holiday home owners to showcase their holiday home, rather than offering users the ability to search for a holiday home. Could anyone suggest / recommend such a theme at all, paid or free?
