I am looking for just a plain blank template / theme to go in a frame.
I would like it to be just like the image below:

I would like a blue line in between
Similair to this site - http://www.sjf.tnwebhost.net/jf/ (but just the messages, no menu etc)

    Could anyone please do this?

    1. Maybe you are using the word "frame" wrong, as they are considered bad form and not recommended for usage on websites any more.

    2. The usage that you reference in your second link literally has no "styles". To create a "style-less" site, remove the style link in your header.php and then go through the index.php template file and remove the "includes" for comments, sidebar, and so on.

Now, when you do that, realize that you will also loose the power of navigation and other elements that are critical to the success of a website. There are few things I HATE about searching for things on the Internet than running into a site that has a great article but no link to the home page, about, or any other articles on the site so I can read more, find out more, or find out who did this neat thing. Luckily, these types of pages are getting fewer and fewer on the Internet.

    3. If you are looking for a very SIMPLE looking Theme to apply to your site, one which you can then make even simplier if you want, try one of these:

If you want to integrate WordPress into a frame on your existing site, you may just want to stick the WordPress Loop in the frame and then modify its CSS. These resources should help:
