Looking for team management plugin

Hi Gys, I have been searching all over the internet for some sort of plugin. I work for a small company, we have a large amount of basically freelance employees. When an employee requests a job we send someone out to that job. What would be great is if we can track who we send where, and when, how long and any other details. It would be even cooler if there was a directory of employees. Does anyone know of ANY sort of plugin like this.
