 * Is there a plugin that allows me to write fancy design of numbers for the positions
   from 1 to 10 of my top?

 * You could always style your ordered lists (class= OL) with CSS. Go through stylesheet
   and look for OL and add a fancy or colored font to your liking. Or just search
   the plugin directory for “fancy lists” etc..
