Looking for Small Header Contact Form

Hello all,

I’ve been trying out a few contact form plugins and was wondering if anyone had some feedback on a good simple contact form that I could code into the header. It’s a custom theme and I’d be styling the form, so I’d like something customizable. Maybe collapsing or accordion fields or something? I’d like to make it compact as possible.

Any pointers appreciated. Thanks!
