# Looking for recent posts plugin

 * Is there a plugin that will list the last recent X posts that aren’t on the main
   page already. IE, if your main page displays 10 posts, how would I list an additional
   10 posts (titles only) in the side bar?
 * You dig?

 * Thanks for the fast reply, but that wp function only lists the x most recent 
   posts. What I want is the X most recent posts, not on the main page.

 * My [Recent Posts](http://dev.wp-plugins.org/browser/recent-posts/) plugin allows
   you to skip a number of posts. So if you had 5 posts on the main page you’d set
   the skip parameter to 5.

 * The latest version of wp uses a different “user” designation method. You should
   be able to find a compatible plugin at [http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugins/](http://codex.wordpress.org/Plugins/)
