Looking for plugin that visitors can upload files to folder

I am looking for a plugin that a visitor can use to upload a file into a folder on my server. I then would like to be able to see that list of files so other visitors can download them etc.

This may be a two step plugin approach but from my Google searching I cant find a solution for either.
