Looking for plugin that let me mark posts in Backend as "reviewed"

Looking for plugin that let me mark posts in Backend as “reviewed”.

I am trying to find a plugin that let me rate the “quality” of a post in the backend for my fellow co-authors. Sometimes we need to add to some posts special values in custom-fields or re-edit the categories and tags at special dates or occasions and I don’t want to do it all by myself: I would like to mark it as “this do not reach this or that level of quality”. (so it will be optimized later).

Do anyone of you know of a plugin that helps me keep my authors organized?

I probably will be able to write this stuff myself, but if there is something similar out there… (I am guessing a custom taxonomy could do the job quite well…)
