 * Hello
    I am looking to build a site and want some plugin or theme suggestions(
   free or paid). What i want is to set up a competition where a person signs up
   and pays a application fee via paypal, then can upload 2 or 3 images to a gallery.
   This gallery will not display until we approve the images as appropiate and then
   make them public. We then wantto have a voting option so people can vote for 
   there choice. We would also like to have a template where the applicant to the
   competition can then upload/create a bio and maybe upload a video.
 * Any suggestions to themes or plugins suitable. We wantto automate as much work
   as possible. hence the applicant needs to beable to upload images and bio.
