Looking for plugin- Need advise

I work at a university. I’m checking out wordpress of a website and Here is my query.
So we have different users – staff, casuals, profs.
We offer many sessions which have fees. I want something where they can select which group there are in in this case staff or a casual, and the fee structure would show up based on their type.
Usually they just call and inquire about the costs but a quick form or something in that respect would be good

I looked on codecanyon but can’t find anything.
