Looking for plug-in / suggestions for rating features (concept images included)

I’m working on a new project as a hobby and I’m trying to spice up the website as much as possible. I have a concept image below showing what I’d love to integrate into the site.

It involves user voting which would require a user to be signed in. I understand that it isn’t easy at all but I’d like to know if anyone has suggestions or seen plug-ins similar to what I’m looking for.

I’d like to be able to integrate a simple upvote or downvote system (that requires a user to be logged in) and also a feature that allows a user to “favourite” posts. It’s easier to explain via images:

Any help / suggestions are welcome. I’m aware that it would be a huge coding job, but I’m curious to see if there are any plug-ins with similar features to what I’m looking for.
