Looking for PDF-Files portfolio (magazine issue archive)

Hello out there,

as i did not find what i am looking for, i would like to ask, if somebody knows, which plugin i can use for the following needs:

i would like to have a portfolio-like archive of magazine issues as pdf-files. So i would like to add every month an item with title, short description, image and pdf-file and a widget should show me the latest of the items (with the picture) and on one page there should be all items together (paginated) – klicking on the item title or on the picture should lead to the pdf-file (not to a single page…)
