Looking for js script to grey out fields based on a yes/no radio button

    For the past few weeks I have been using participant database with about 100 fields, and it is working great, so far over 1,000 members have filled out the form.
    Now I need to make some fields greyed out (and disabled) based on a yes/no radio button.
    I know the way is to use JavaScript, but unfortunately I’m newbie in js.
    I’m looking forward to finding a script that’s already suitable for participant database plugin.
