  • The first thing to do is a complete search of your sites code for ‘My Earnings’, and see where that is. That should lead you ot the file that it’s in, and you can work from there.

From that title, it looks like it’s most likely from your theme or some sort of affiliate or sharing plugin, so if you have those, I’d suggest looking in there first.

It’s not realyl worth asking in the WooCommerce forum as that’s not a part of WooCommerce, so it’s not really related to that anyway.

    Hi Catacaustic,

    Thanks for your response.

As I am new to this, could you recommend the best way to search all my code? I had already tried this by downloading the backup of my entire website to my laptop, and doing a text search using Windows (file) Explorer, including searching the contents of files, not just file names. This was not successful.

But for some reason, Windows is not good at doing this. Even when, as an experiment, I looked in a file, and found a word that was present, then performed a search for that word (even using wild card *) the file with the test word still did not appear in the results.

Is there a more reliable way of searching all my code?

I use a code editor that sets up projects, and lets you do a project-wide search. The one that I use is Komodo Edit, but there’s 1,000’s out there that will do the same sort of job.
