Looking for good WordPress Developer: Paid Gig

I currently have a website that was done with a customized skin. It is a WordPress blog. There are things that need to be fixed on it and I do not know how to do it. The team that did it in the first place is unresponsive to completing this thing and I despertaly need to get it finished.
