Looking for Form that can handle multiple attachments

I’ve been using Contact Form 7 for about 3 years and have always liked it. But I’m trying to find a form that will allow users to add multiple attachments to their submissions (images, PDFs, etc).

Preferably, I’d like the form submissions to go to a database, and not an email (like google spreadsheets/forms).

Any suggestions?
