Looking for Feedback-based, real-time Chart plugin

Hello!
I’m trying to find a Charts/Graphs plugin that will dynamically produce a bar-graph chart within a Page after a visitor clicks ‘Submit’ on a simple Contact Form, using data from the Feedback database wihtin our WordPress site. Most chart plugins I’ve seen seem to use data supplied or entered by the site owner when they construct their Post or Page. Other plugins generate the chart in the Dashboard area of the Admin Panel. My goal is for site visitors to be able to get a real-time, in-Page chart using the data they just entered as well as cumulative data from previous entries that are stored in the Feedback database from that Contact Form.

I would need to be able to ‘code’ the plugin to produce a chart using simple percentage calculations over time (date range) using sums on key variables (ex: School Names, Reporting Month).
