Looking for Craigslist similiar theme

I’m looking for a them that resembles the famous craigslist site — because mine is going to be a travel-related blog of people’s stories from different countries. I want the landing page to be a map of the world, then click on a country, and brought to a craigslist type of layout with different countries listed. Maybe this isn’t even a theme since it’s so simple. How would one go about in theory making that kind of theme? Thanks in advance.
