Hi Everyone: I am looking for some recommendations on best ways to send data from NF to a recipient/admin and for storage. I am building an online application and want to keep all data secure. I am recommending they do not collect SSN so that’s out already.

Their site is SSL protected via commodo ssl with cpanel. This will change as we are transitioning to AWS hosting. Their emails are MS 360 licenses with only secure connections allowed.

I am exploring the File upload plugin, PDF conversion plugin, and possibly sending/storing info to dropbox or AWS S3.

Should I look into things like PGP or using a 3rd party transactional email plugin as well like mailgun or something similar? so the data is not passing through the host email server?

Thanks in advance for anyone willing to chime in with advice.
