Looking for a theme like the Fleshbot.com site

I’m looking for a theme that I can modify to look somewhat like the Flexbot.com (http://www.fleshbot.com) site. I want it left-justified, with a left sidebar, a 2nd column body, and then the ability to easily add lots of ads to the right of the blog entries.

I’m having a heck of a time trying to find something to start with. Can anyone point out a theme that would be a good starting point for this?

I’m also open to using a designer to take something close and modify it for me.
