Looking for a sidemenu plugin that supports mouseover

Hi all,

I am still fairly new to wordpress, and am trying to create a site for my boss so he can update it himself.

One thing that I am looking for is a widget or plugin that will allow me to create a side menu that, when I hover over the buttons in the menu, the button colour changes so that you can tell which button you are hovering over. Ideally the plugin will not involve any real coding because my boss wants to be able to add menu items himself.

I have been looking for a while now without any success. Does anyone know of a widget that will do that?
