Looking for a project management plugin

    Dear,

    I am looking for a plugin with the following functionality:

    – Admin can make projects & tasks
    – User can see tasks for them (but not make tasks themselves)
    – Admin & user can upload docs to their message panel
    – Admin can send bills (paypal) to users
    – In a project/task management setup or something similar

    It is sort of like CollabPress, but with more advanced functionalities. Anybody aware of a plugin with these functionalities?? (Can definitely be premium, that’s ok)

    The few that existed are outdated. Looks like an opening for a creative plugin creator.
