Looking for a plugin to ask on each post if I want an ad to be included.

I am looking for a plugin to automatically ask every time i draft a post if I want to include a specific ad in the body of the post. If I say yes, I would want the plugin to cleanly add the advert like other plugins do. Does anyone know of a plugin that has this capability. Thanks!
