 * Hello i’m looking for a specific plugin for diagnostic.
    People fill a form with
   different field, for exemple “What is your problem on your car? Wheels – motor”
   and many other fields People send the form then receive an email with a specific
   content for each field they complete. For exemple products for mechanical problem
   specific and a phrase “you have motor problem, we can give you some advices.
 * It’s like making an email that change according to the choice of the user.
