Looking for a Plugin

I have a WordPress (3.3.1) website for a military organization with the mini ([calendar mini = true]) version of the Ajax Event Calendar to publicize events and activities to our membership.

We sponsor a number of high school Junior ROTC units and we provide one of our members for their graduation/awards ceremony at the end of the year. At present, we have a spreadsheet-looking printout listing the school, the school’s name/address, the graduation date/location. I’d like to bring this into the 21st century and incorporate the listing and signup process into our website.

Does anyone know of a plugin that would allow me to list the above information and allow a member to sign up for the ceremony they wish to participate in?
