Looking for a plug in that allows users to search for pre mapped locations

I’m trying to map out around 500 healthcare locations and would like to contain these within a google map search plug in that allows users to enter their postcode and see their closest treatment centres.

Any ideas? I’ve looked at Leaflet Maps Marker but that doesn’t seem to have the search functionality.
