Looking for a hook if subscrition payment status is “on hold”

I understand that you want to show a notice if the payment status is “on hold”.

You can use the following thread for pointers where hook “woocommerce_new_order” and the hook “woocommerce_after_order_object_save” have been used for “Pending payment” status (slightly different from “on hold”): https://wordpress.org/support/topic/i-am-looking-for-pending-payment-hook/

Pending payment = Order received, no payment initiated. Awaiting payment (unpaid).

On hold = Awaiting payment – stock is reduced, but you need to confirm payment.
