Looking for a good file upload plugin

I’m trying to find a 2.8.4 compatible file upload plugin. I want something where customers (site visitors) can upload multiple files and associate them with a form (where they fill out a unique identifier).
Login not required; should be able to handle images, documents, and archives.

I don’t want to use contactform7 because I want the file to upload to my server, not be sent through email.

Yes I’ve searched… but since you can’t sort plugins by last date modified it doesn’t really help.
