Looking for a Dynamic question Contact Form plugin

    I want to build a form that has questions that change depending on what was chosen earlier in the form.

    Example:

    First option field is: Personal or Commercial
    if they choose personal then display question set 1
    if they choose commercial then display question set 2

    Then sub options in those.

    if you look at this site you will see a form that does what I want to achieve:

    is there a form plugin that will help me build a form like that?

    Hello,

    Currently I am using Contact Form 7. This plugin is, if you ask me, the best contact form plugin out there. Since I’m looking for exactly the same I’m wondering if this perhaps is possible with Contact Form 7?
