Looking for a certain type of gallery

Hi all
Ive been searching for a certain type of plugin/gallery type feature for WP.
Ive had a look through almost all of the galleryes but its not quite what i am looking for.

I basically want to have a list of thumbnails for my gallery in my page, but i want the main image to be displayed in the same page, not as a pop up (probably with content describing the image).
Is this possible? and/or does anyone know of a plugin to do this?
