Looking for 2011 Version of NOTESBLOG Theme

    I’m currently reading Smashing WordPress: Going Beyond the Blog, 2nd edition, released in 2011. The author uses a version of the Notes Blog theme that is older by today’s standards, and I can’t seem to find anywhere to download it. Would anyone be willing to share a copy with me? Thanks.
