 * Hi,
 * Hopefully somebody can help me out. I’m looking for 2 plugins. New to wordpress
   so I’m mostly relying on plugins and not so much the coding aspect of things.
 * The first is something that can automatically detect who the author of a post/
   article is, and put a twitter follow button up top.
 * Like this:

 * And the second plugin I’m hoping to find is something that can do a scrolling/
   fixed sidebar, similar to this one:
