Look for a plugin

Ok guys and girls I am in need of some help, advice, or just to be pointed in the right direction. I have not been working with WordPress that long and I am having a hard time finding what I am looking for. I am working on a website for a client and they want to be able to do some things that I am sure can be done with plugins and or widgets. There are a few but the first one I am looking for is one that will allow members to upload a image of a tattoo for other people to vote on. I need to be able to customize the like and dislike buttons as putting in their terms instead of the titles like and dislike.
If you will go take a look at the front page of the site (link bellow) I am working on I have an image place holder right now where they want the app to be. It might give you a better idea of what I need it to do. I know there has got to be a plugin out there that will work but I have not been able to find it. I will keep looking but I hope someone can point me to where I need to go. I have been able to find some that where close but not quite what I need.
