Longer time where password is remembered

    Instead of WordPress remembering the password for only a few days or when they close the browser, I want it to remember the password either temporarily or permanently…their choice.

    WordPress 2.0 provides this. There is a “Remember me” checkbox on the login page. Checking it retains the login/password for future visits, while leaving it unchecked keeps the login active only through the current session.
