Longer Bio Does Not Display

I am using the free version of this plugin. Thank you for making it! I am having display issues. I only have two team members for this website. I put both a short and long bio in each of the team member’s pages. There are only two thumbnail styles available to choose from in the settings – 1) Default – title, role and social icons below the thumbnail and 2) Minimal – team members details visible on hover.

Neither of these options shows the long bio even after clicking the + expand symbol, or even on hover, etcetera. I have tried removing the short bio altogether to see if the longer bio would be displayed instead to no avail.

So, basically, the longer bio isn’t showing up no matter what settings I choose. I would also prefer that there is no + sign expand to click on and instead just show the entirety of their bios below their photos instead (as these are short bios in general).

FYI I have also submitted a ticket through your website directly in case this forum isn’t monitored, so please do not duplicate any efforts on my behalf.

I would greatly appreciate help and assistance!
