Support » Plugin: Timeline Widget For Elementor (Elementor Timeline, Vertical & Horizontal Timeline) » Long Labels won’t be arranged in multiple lines

  • I use Timeline Widget Addon, Elementor and Elementor addons plugins. The Timeline Widget Addon is quite good at version 1.3.5. The labels will be automatically displayed in multiple lines if the words are too long. The story covers the description fine.

    After I updated Timeline Widget Addon (version 1.4.0) and Elementor (version 3.7.5), the labels that have many words won’t be automatically broken into multiple lines of words. The long labels and sub-labels are displayed in one line causing the icons and story to block the labels. It works the same in tablet and mobile views as well. If I add <br> to labels and sub-labels, the story will somehow be distorted.

    So, I rolled back to Timeline Widget Addon version 1.3.5. I hope these problems will be fixed.

    Hi @fepewebdev,

    Thanks for detecting the issue.
    Don’t worry we will fix this issue in an upcoming version.
    Now you can fix it by following the given path:-
    Go to >> timeline-widget-addon-for-elementor\widgets\frontend-layouts\twae-vertical-timeline.php

    Replace Line no 79 with the given code:-
    $date_label_html ='<div '.$this->get_render_attribute_string( $date_label_key).'>'.wp_kses_post($content['twae_date_label']).'</div>';

    Replace Line no 83 with the given code:-
    $sub_label_html .='<div '.$this->get_render_attribute_string( $extra_label_key ).'>'.wp_kses_post($content['twae_extra_label']).'</div>';

    Let me know if you are still facing issues.

    Thanks & Regards
