 * First step: kindly upgrade your version of WordPress installed immediately. You’re
   running WordPress 4.9.8, which has multiple known vulnerabilities.
 * As for the warning message on your screen, this appears to be a PHP compatibility
   issue. Are you running PHP 7.3? If so, that’s another reason to upgrade your 
   version of WordPress, as PHP 7.3 was only introduced in WordPress version 5.
