Sure,
but there is, on our website, text with “” click here to log out”.
There are a number of places that WP-Members displays a logout link.
The widget displays a logout link automatically when the user is in a logged in state.
If a login page is displayed (using the [wpmem_form login] shortcode), or a registration page is displayed (using the [wpmem_form register] shortcode), the default logged in state of these shortcodes displays a logout link. (see: https://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/docs/shortcodes/form/)
A logout link can be generated using the [wpmem_logout] and the [wpmem_loginout] shortcode displays a logout link when the user is in a logged in state. (see: https://rocketgeek.com/plugins/wp-members/docs/shortcodes/other-shortcodes/)
That’s certainly helpful. And thanks for that.
One thing I was thinking was I have a LOGIn link in my navbar, and what might be cool is to have it change to LOGOUT once the user logs in. Ever have anyone do that?
I have written a tutorial on how to use jQuery to display a login/logout link in the menu. It is available to support subscribers on the plugin’s premium support site.
