Logout issue with WPMU Membership

Using TML with the WPMU Membership plugin blocks subscribers from logging out. TML generates a Logout page whose URL contains the logout nonce. Membership identifies the unique URL-with-nonce as a protected page to which the subscriber does not have access – blocking the ability to logout. I encounter no logout problems when using another login plugin that doesn’t require a Logout page. Perhaps an option can be given to configure the logout URL using wp-admin?
