Hi, im using tranlatepress plugin for translation

I installed the plugin “WPS hide login” and after that I can no longer logout while on another language in Woocommerce. It automatically takes me to the 404 error page. Actually it works well in the original website language but as soon as I change the language and press ”logout” it takes me to the 404 error page. I noticed that for some reason my secret URL part of “WPS hide login” gets included in the url upon trying to log out, which obviously leads to the 404 error. Why is that and how to fix this issue?

Hi @kaprikorn,

The problem is that the standard wordpress logout link is something like https://your-site.nl/wp-login.php?action=logout&_wpnonce=80bf04edad

This is an attempt to access wp-login, which is forbidden by WPS Hide Login

for me the following works:

Copy the link that is used by the wordpress admin bar Logout button, e.g. for your-site something like: https://your-site.uk/your-login-code-used-by-WPS/?action=logout&_wpnonce=151be8b826

Use this link as logout-link (the actual _wpnonce code will be different, but that does not seem to matter).

Hello,

I have the same problem. Can you explain more how to perform it please ? Wich filter to call and parameters that contain Url data.

Hello @dbennis,

I created a Footer for login/logout, but you can use any other existing Sidebar as well.
In this Footer/Sidebar, add an “Own HTML” widget.
Add the following code to this “Own HTML” widget :
```
<ul>
<li><a href="https://www.yoursite.com/inloggen/">Log in</a></li>
<li><a href="https://www.yoursite.com/inloggen/?action=logout&_wpnonce=151be8b826/">Log out</a></li>
</ul>
```
You can replace the word “inloggen” by your WPS Hide Login page
