Support » Fixing WordPress » Logout – file does not exist and Error 404 after uploading site to server

  • I have TML working on my localhost. When I upload my site to the server and try to logout I am presented with a Error 404 and the message “wp/index.php does not exist on this server”. It sounds like there is a setting somewhere in TML because on my localhost the directory structure was http://localhost:8888/wp/ yet on the server it is at http://www.sitename.co.uk/dev/.

I have checked the plugin settings on the Dashboard and can find no reference to this file. If I disable TML on the server there are no logout problems. Is there a setting or something in one of the TML files that I have missed? Can anyone provide a solution to this problem?

Apologies if this is in the wrong area of the forum – I don’t think it should be in plugins but I may be wrong! I have also posted this at the TML website.
