Logo/Title and Slogan not correct size

I have had some of the issues already stated (slider, responsive, etc.) and have been able to resolve all those issues. The issue I am still having is that the logo/site title and the slogan below the slider are miniscule. I’ve changed the size in the customizer for both and no matter what I set the size to they remain the same size.
