logon failed during upgrade

    Hi all,

    I’m having problem with logon for connection.How to recover password if I’forgot

    Hostname panel.byethost.com
    Username b3_4348882
    password ********

    Error: There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.

    What should i do? I think username & password is correct.

    or host wrong?
