Logo Won't Appear on fb/twitter when I link my site | WordPress.org

Hey guys,

I had my site professionally created so I don’t know much. For some reason when I link my site address http://www.networkradio.us the preview logo that’s generated is entirely a white blank square.

I already paid my web builders and am very much over budget. They’ve been very helpful after publication with certain issues. So I don’t blame them, but I can’t keep hassling them.

Please advise, thank you!

PS: a member on wordpress forums directed me here and said the following:

You have to check Jetpack Open Graph settings. Right now it’s:
<meta property=”og:image” content=”https://s0.wp.com/i/blank.jpg” />
So that’s why there’s no logo while linking.

To solve that issue, I’d suggest that you go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity in your dashboard, and upload a logo for your site. It will appear as your favicon in all modern browsers, and will also appear on Facebook when you share a link to your site.
